Uphill…
The breathing cyclone,
Circling the shores,
Blowing around,
Crafting turmoil,
The debris flew astray,
Hard to be still and stay,
Saw a few stones fall,
Could clear a few, not all.
The dim light,
Exposed the way,
Hurried uphill last few moves,
Not sure what else to do,
My eyes shone,
Saw the sun rise,
Beamed in delight,
The horizon was in sight!
