Familiar

Familiar...

I can sense,

the sadness behind the smiles,

the kindness in the eyes,

the truth cannot be changed,

the helplessness of old age,

the affection that is inbuilt,

the fear that cannot be dealt,

the intricate feeling,

the unpleasant dealing,

the picture behind drapes,

the challenging trades,

it’s never ending it seems,

then soon it ends without a scene,

you may call me special,

But I am just a human being!
